SOUS CHEF Location: Kuwait Salary: USD 2,268 – 2,916 per month + KWD 225 accommodation allowance Experience: Experienced professional chef JOB DESCRIPTION A hospitality operation in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and assist with the daily management of the kitchen. The successful candidate will help lead the brigade, maintain culinary standards and ensure smooth service. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Previous Sous Chef or senior kitchen experience • Strong leadership and organisational skills • Fine-dining or standalone restaurant experience • Experience with Mediterranean-Italian fusion cuisine • Strong food-safety and hygiene knowledge • Valid passport and ability to travel KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations • Supervise and motivate the kitchen team • Maintain food quality and presentation standards • Assist with ordering, stock control and food costs • Coordinate service and kitchen sections • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained
