RESTAURANT MANAGER Location: Kuwait Salary: USD 3,240 per month + KWD 175 accommodation allowance Experience: Relevant restaurant management experience JOB DESCRIPTION A professional hospitality operation in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will lead the service team, maintain operational standards and support the overall performance of the restaurant. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Proven restaurant management experience • Experience in fine-dining or standalone restaurants • Strong leadership and communication skills • Excellent customer-service skills • Strong operational and organisational ability • Valid passport and ability to travel KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage daily restaurant operations • Lead, train and motivate front-of-house staff • Maintain excellent guest-service standards • Oversee reservations, service and staff coordination • Monitor stock, costs and operational procedures • Handle guest feedback professionally
